Quit Lit is a term that refers to literature that has helped people change their drinking habits or for those who are simply curious to read and consider how others have approached beginning a journey of change when it comes to alcohol.
These titles have been recommended by our members as ones that have been most helpful. There are thousands of self-help books out there, but these are the ones that keep coming up again and again as helping meaningful change happen.
